Moncrieff land release by public ballot
317 single residential blocks in Canberra’s far north are being offered by the ACT Government in a public ballot.
The new suburb bordered by Ngunnawal, Amaroo and Bonner is set to be developed as a residential estate of some 2,200 dwellings including medium and high-density multi-unit developments, and will be supported by public facilities including a group centre, parks and playgrounds.

Exclusive waterfront development sites go to auction
Two rare lakeside development sites in Yarralumla are being offered at auction next month.
Blocks 15 and 16 of Section 17 are 680sqm and 683sqm respectively and are zoned for development of an aquatic recreation facility and ancillary restaurant. They are adjacent to existing public car parking situated on Alexandrina Drive.
