The last remaining mixed use / multi-unit development site in Canberra’s Amaroo Group Centre has now been sold. Originally passed in an auction on 27 November, the block sold to the highest bidder for $2,350,000.
Blocks 1 & 2 Section 114 total 4,049sqm and allow a maximum of 70 dwellings and 2,500sqm of commercial space.
