  • Two lake front development sites in Yarralumla were purchased by Canberra Girls Grammar School for a total of $1,780,000.Blocks 15 & 16, Section 17 Yarralumla are zoned specifically for aquatic recreational use and are covered by the Yarralumla Bay Recreation Hub Master Plan administered by the National Capital Authority.
  • Two development sites in Gordon are being offered to the market at auction on 19 November.
Block 4 Section 157 – 4,450sqm
Medium density mixed use development site for up to 12 dwellings or uses including non-retail commercial and community facility.
Block 2 Section 517 – 3,615sqm

  • The CBD fringe revitalisation is set to finally get underway with the demolition of Currong Flats to commence in early 2015. A DA has been lodged and the Canberra Times published this report with more detail.
