MMJ Wollongong auctions results have started strong for 2016 as Saturday saw a record breaking house sale for the suburb of Mount Ousley.
The previous suburb record was topped by an on-site auction at 19 Sunninghill Circuit, Mount Ousley, going under the hammer for $1,200,000.
