Each year, MMJ conducts internal Elite Performer Awards across our 5 Illawarra offices in Wollongong, North, South, Shellharbour and Dapto. These awards showcase employees who have consistentlyproduced exceptional work throughout the year with figures to prove it.
This year we had 3 categories- Top Property Management Team, Top Earner and Top Sales.
We would like to congratulate the following winners-
The MMJ Residential Management team in Wollongong took out the ‘Property Management Category’ for a second year running, with an average vacancy rate of 1.1%, well below the current industry standard.
The Top Earner, awarded to the sales agent with the highest commission for the year, was taken out by MMJ South Director, Adam Martin.
Finally the Top Sales award was so fierce that it ended up being a tie with Adam Martin (MMJ South) and Bradd O’Brien (MMJ Dapto) both selling 63 properties in 2014.
We would like to congratulate all our winners for the 2014 internal awards as well as everyone in the MMJ Illawarra franchise. Having one of our most successful years to date, we look forward to what 2015 will bring!
